Ingredients:
- 250gm besan
- 250gm poedered sugar
- 1and1/2 cups ghee
- 25gm almond & cashew chopped
- 1tsp elaichi powder.
In a pan put besan and ghee fry till golden brown.Stir continuously to avoid burning.
Take off heat add besan,nuts and elaichi powder.
Mix thouroughly and spread in a greased tray.
When cool and set Cut into desired shape.
